Thanks for taking the time to read a little about me! I am originally from Ohio but I moved to Colorado in 2003 to live a more active lifestyle. I absolutely love this state and all it has to offer! I have been married to my beautiful wife, Maura, for 10 years and we have two amazing boys, Will and Wyatt. I love investing in both real estate and the stock market. I have an entrepreneurial spirit and a diverse background in real estate, banking, finance, credit, business ownership, and investment. When I'm not working you can find me with my kids and wife biking, hiking, mountaineering, skiing, or just hanging out outside. “We moved from another state and had to sell our old house before buying a new one. In the new state we had to select which cities, which neighborhoods, and desired house style. Matt worked well with us in the manner that was most appropriate for us: first data driven, second visual inspections, third detailed reviews & analysis. He pulled "comps", commented on cities, houses, realty trends, etc... We first focused on a specific area of the Denver metroplex and in the end bought a house in another area! During the offer negotiations phase, Matt superbly dealt with the seller's realtor in order to understand the other buyer offers, the seller range and timeframe.
